How is my payment information handled and protected?

PayPal utilizes a secure server layer (SSL) to encrypt all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet. Any relevant data we may store is protected against unauthorized access and all passwords are encrypted with a secret key one-way hash.

What are "cookies" and how are they used?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to store an encrypted version of your login information which is securely checked against our database before access is granted. We also use cookies to store information related to your order for the purpose of storing later. Any cookies stored will expire within one week.

Will my information ever be disclosed to outside parties?

HTStream does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
